Lost your SeaPass card? Visit the help desk immediately. They can reissue it, ensuring you still have access to your cabin and onboard charges.
Need help booking or modifying a shore excursion? The desk offers real-time availability and can advise you on the best options for your port day. If an excursion is canceled due to weather, the help desk handles refunds or alternate arrangements.
